These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://combotips.ai (the “Website”) and the purchase of combo tips from Combotips AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or buying a package you agree to these Terms.
1. 18+ only
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your country, if higher) to use the Website or buy our tips. It is your responsibility to make sure that sports betting is legal where you live.
2. Our service
Combotips AI provides football accumulator predictions (“tips”) generated with the help of statistical and AI models, offered as Mini, Middle, Big and Weekend combos. Tips are sent by email after payment. We are an information service only: we are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets and we do not hold any funds for betting.
3. No guarantee of results
Tips are predictions, not certainties. Past accuracy, ROI or other statistics shown on the Website do not guarantee future results. Any bet you place is your own decision and at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses you incur from betting, whether or not you follow our tips.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the Website in euro and may change at any time; the price shown at the moment of purchase applies. Payments are processed by PayPal or another payment method we accept. For crypto payments, contact us before paying.
5. Delivery and refunds
Tips are digital content delivered by email immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the tips have been delivered. If you do not receive your tips because of a technical problem on our side, contact us and we will resend them or issue a refund.
6. Personal use
Tips are for your personal use only. You may not resell, publish, share or redistribute them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos and statistics, belongs to Combotips AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
8. Responsible gambling
Gambling can be addictive. Only bet what you can afford to lose, set limits, and take a break if betting stops being fun. If you feel you may have a problem, seek help from a support organisation such as BeGambleAware (www.begambleaware.org) or a local service in your country.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Website or our tips is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
